02What this session covers
Sam shows you how he automated every part of his own business with one intelligent system behind it that knows everything. You'll learn how to set that up for yourself, which tools you can plug in, get clarity on what's actually possible, and leave able to keep building, connected to other founders doing the same. Worth saying up front: an actual AI CEO takes more than 90 minutes to build. This session gets you the understanding, parts of it built, and a clear roadmap from wherever you're starting.

We start with how Sam built his own CEO and what it does for him. From there we move into building the parts we've prepared for you, based on what you tell us in the questions below. The rest is building, live Q&A, and your individual questions as we go.
