Work With Creator House: Villa, Brand and Co-Host Partnerships in Bali
How Can we Work Together?+
On-site presence: A branded setup at the event for direct engagement and sales with attendees.
Content production: We produce content based on your direction or develop the creative concept. Editing and distribution can be coordinated across Creator House and attending creators, with agreed performance expectations defined upfront.
Product integration: Your product is embedded into sessions, workshops, and the full experience, used, worn, and documented throughout.
Experience design: We can build parts of (or the full) experience around your product, including workshops, activations, and interactive formats.
What kind of brands do you work with?+
Brands whose product naturally fits into a creator, founder, or operator environment. This includes wellness, nutrition, tech, gear, travel, productivity, sports, filming equipment, and business tools. Strongest fit is when the product can be actively used within the experience, not just displayed.
What kind of results can we expect?+
In one collaboration, a fashion brand sold multiple pieces during the event itself, while related content later generated 4.5M organic views. In another case, content from the experience reached 1.4M organic views. Beyond deliverables, brands receive continuous organic amplification: creators naturally tag the brand in stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and follow-up content without every touchpoint being pre-scripted. The focus is consistent overdelivery in both content output and visibility.
Who is in the room and what is their profile?+
Across our two-day formats, we bring together 45 creators, founders, and operators in a curated environment designed for collaboration and content creation. In longer formats, the group is smaller to allow for deeper interaction, with our latest 10-day edition hosting 25 participants.
Recent examples from past editions:
Creator House 5: 45 creators, 2.55M following, 5.35M reel views generated
Creator House 6: 45 creators, 1.1M following, 2M+ reel views generated
Event 7: 45 creators, 1M following, 670K reach generated
Audience breakdown: 40% travel, 35% business and sport, 15% UGC. Profile split: 30% creators, 70% operators, founders and builders.
How is this different from a standard influencer deal?+
Unlike a standard influencer deal, you are not paying for a few fixed deliverables from one creator. You get access to a curated room of creators with different audiences, styles, and skill sets, all producing content within the same environment. If your focus is UGC, one collaboration can result in multiple videos from multiple creators, each bringing a different angle and creative approach.
Beyond that, your product can be naturally integrated into the experience itself through workshops, activities, challenges, or the overall event setting. This creates content that feels organic and authentic, while also generating a higher volume of high-quality assets, raw footage, and diverse creative outputs from a single partnership.
It can also be a standard collaboration, but the value increases significantly when it is embedded into the experience, with access to the right people, location, equipment, and production expertise that elevate the final output.
Can the event be built around our product, brand, or message?+
Yes. If there is strong alignment, the experience can be partially or fully designed around your product, message, or world. This can include the environment, activities, workshops, creative formats, and how the experience is captured. It works especially well for brands in creativity, performance, health, travel, and personal growth where the product is meant to be experienced, not just shown.
What does the process look like from first contact to delivery?+
It starts with a fit call to define scope: integration level, creator involvement, deliverables, rights, and timing. From there, the brand role is designed into the experience or the content plan is structured around the desired outcome. During the event, creators produce the agreed content in real time. Delivery happens 1 to 3 weeks after the experience.
How do we know if this is right for us?+
Strongest fit is brands open to creative collaboration, live experiences, and multi-creator environments. If you already have an integration idea, we build around it. If not, we develop the concept together. This format is designed for brands aiming for social proof, exposure, leads, or customers from a highly targeted audience.
Why not just run this kind of event on our own?+
Doing this internally is significantly more expensive and resource-heavy than it appears. To match this level, you would need to build curation, guest access, venue relationships, production, and creative direction from scratch, each requiring time, network, and repeated iteration before reaching consistent quality. Partnering removes that setup curve and plugs you into an already functioning system that delivers the experience, content, and output immediately.
